ML Tech is looking for a Business Development/Account Executive to grow our business by promoting ML Tech’s unique value proposition in the FinTech space. This professional will play a significant part in broadening ML Tech’s reputation as a trusted, secure and compliant cryptocurrency platform for institutional investors and will help grow the company's AUM to $1B+.
Responsibilities:
Build a best in class crypto platform via partnership, institutional sales, and product expertise
Manage due diligence process for prospective and existing clients
Experience in institutional sales and ability to lead conversations with sophisticated investors
Track activity in CRM
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements that shape mutually beneficial change
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and client stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed and in a timely manner and within NFA and CFTC guidelines
Pass the Series 3 exam
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in following areas: business development, institutional sales, relationship management, partnerships
Must have experience working with institutional investors such as hedge funds, funds of funds and family offices
Outstanding executive level verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a high growth environment in capital markets
In-depth understanding of the global cryptocurrency ecosystem
Flexible mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist in various functions as needed
