Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Traders Guild platform at tradersguild.global (the "Platform"), including any services, features, content, or applications offered through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Traders Guild reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for institutional and professional participants in the digital asset ecosystem. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you will use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, including posting job listings and entering placement agreements, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify Traders Guild at security@tradersguild.global if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Job Board Services

Traders Guild operates a job board connecting employers in the institutional digital asset space with qualified professionals. By posting a job listing, you represent that: the position described is genuine and currently open; all information provided is accurate and not misleading; and you are authorized to post on behalf of the hiring entity.

Traders Guild reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, appears fraudulent, or does not meet our quality standards for institutional content. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from job listings.

5. Placement Agreements and Fees

Employers who hire candidates through introductions facilitated by Traders Guild may be subject to a placement fee. The standard placement fee is 5% of the candidate's first-year compensation, though this may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis within a range of 3% to 15%. The specific fee will be documented in a Placement Agreement signed prior to candidate introduction.

A placement is considered "facilitated by Traders Guild" if the initial introduction between employer and candidate occurred through the Platform, regardless of subsequent direct communication between the parties. Placement fees are due within 30 days of the candidate's start date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform; use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform without our express written permission; transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, research articles, and software, are the exclusive property of Traders Guild and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Research and analysis published on the Platform may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Traders Guild does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Research and analysis published on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Traders Guild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
